A hopeful soccer player in his initial teenagers, Rhoden began working out in 1992[3] with motivation from previous Mr. Universe Yohnnie Shambourger and, after a novice vocation cracked with a few wounds and liquor dependence,[3] won his IFBB Pro card by 2010.[2] He was the eleventh at the 2011 Mr. Olympia (Mr. Olympia make a big appearance), third at the 2012 Mr. Olympia, and fourth at the 2013 Mr. Olympia rivalry. In 2014, Shawn Rhoden assumed third position at the 2014 Mr. Olympia rivalry and again third place at the 2015 Mr. Olympia. Rhoden followed up in 2016, with a second place complete at the 2016 Mr. Olympia. In 2018, Rhoden turned into the new Mr. Olympia supplanting Phil Heath. He is the most seasoned weight lifter to win the Mr. Olympia title, at 43 years old years, 5 months.
